Bangsar Park prides itself as the first residential development and is a freehold development within the much sought after upmarket Bangsar. Today, Bangsar is home to the highly affluent locals and expat alike, likewise is it home to a thriving commercial community. It is surrounded by Bukit Antarabangsa, Bukit Bangsar, Bangsar Utama, Lucky Garden, Bangsar Baru separated by Jalan Maarof whilst towards the East is the low density upmarket Federal Hills neighbourhood. Bangsar Park comprises landed properties consisting of single and double storey- terrace houses and bungalows nestled within a green enclave away from the main road of Jalan Maarof. Most of the houses here enjoy huge built ups from as 2,480 sft onwards. Despite being near to all the conveniences, Bangsar Park residents enjoy pretty much a lot of greenery since is a way from the main strip and more peace and quiet compared to their other counterparts in other parts of Bangsar.
