Unfortunately, there are no shopping malls that are located close to the Cogan 1 & 2 development project. Residents of Cogan 1 & 2 will have to travel further in order to gain access to shopping malls for a wider range of amenities. Each unit in the Cogan 1 & 2 development project comes with its own car park for vehicle owners to park their cars or motorcycles. The security within the compound of the development is also 24 hours in order to ensure the safety and security of the residents.
