Cyperus Service Residences is part of the Tropicana Garden project. The Tropicana Garden project is a mixture of residential, office tower, shopping mall and hotel in an urban garden environment located within the area of Kota Damansara. The project is handled by Tropicana Indah Sdn Bhd, a member of Tropicana Corporation, Berhad. Tropicana Indah Sdn Bhd is an award-winning property Development Company, among the top ten developers in Malaysia. They have been leading the race for decades now, with so many wonderful projects scattered round the country. Cyperus is part of the green building initiative. This concept tries to increase energy and water savings and reduce waste production. It also aims at better connectivity to public transport networks and encouragement of recycling. The siting of the building makes it easily accessible and close to basic amenities. With malls and facilities therein, one might not need to leave the building for some time. Security is very important in a project like this. This building will feature 24 hour CCTV video coverage with guards on patrol. With the MRT line functional and the Surian MRT station in close proximity (about 250 meters), the Dianthus will have no accessibility problems. Food and beverages can be sourced from Sunway Damansara, a commercial plaza. There is The Strand, a commercial hub that hosts the Encorp Strand Mall. Golf lovers will appreciate the Seri Selangor Golf Club which is within a 5-kilommeter radius; the Tropicana Golf and Country Resort is not left out. There were other residential apartments before the Dianthus; its neighbors are the Tropicana Indah Resort Homes, Cascade Residency, Palm Springs Damansara etc. The Alpha specialist center, Tropicana medical center and Damansara specialist hospital have got you covered in terms of healthcare delivery. Educational facilities around include Sri KDU International School, SEDI University among others. Other nearby attractions are banks, Giant Hypermarket, Tesco extra, E-Curve entertainment center, IPC shopping center and a whole lot more. The facilities are hosted on the 6th floor.
