Dataran De Palma is a leasehold commercial enclave located within the matured Ampang neighbourhood, right next to Ampang Point and Bandar Baru Ampang. Dataran De Palma comprises a 6-storeys building housing shop-offices of varying sizes, ranging from 1,000 sf onwards with a land size of 22’x80sf. Dataran De Palma is strategically located within a 10km radius to KL City Centre and the Centre Business District (CBD)/ Golden Triangle which is well-connected through major highways such as Ampang Kuala Lumpur Elevated Highway (AKLEH), which takes you into Ampang in less than 15 minutes, Middle Ring Road (MRR2), NKVE and SPRINT. In addition to that, public transportation is easily available here with plenty of buses and taxis. Besides that, the Ampang MRT station is a short drive away from Dataran De Palma while the nearest bus stop right is within walking distance (3 minutes’ walk). Due to its strategic location, it is extremely easy to access many amenities and services near Dataran De Palma at the nearby Ampang Point which host a wide range of amenities such as restaurants, banking facilities, retail and more. Aside from that, the Ampang Puteri Medical Centre is less than 5 minutes away while Gleneagles is a short drive away. Adjacent to Dataran De Palma is the De Palma Hotel, a business hotel which had been around for quite sometime. Within a short walking distance too, there are plenty of eateries and cafes such as Starbucks, Dominos, Bora-Bora Café, Naili’s Place, NAEB Iranian Fine Cuisine and many more. Local schools like SMK Hulu Kelang, Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Dato Ahmad Razali and Sekolah Kebangsaan Ampang, just to name a few. For recreation, there is the Kemensah Waterfall along MRR 2 which makes a good weekend getaway. Zoo Negara (National Zoo) is also along the route while going further north along the highway takes you to Batu Caves Temples and further upwards to Genting Highlands where a host of entertainment for the entire family can be found. Facilities provided in Dataran De Palma include covered parking, business centre, cafeteria and 24-hours security. Since the property had been launched a long time ago, there are no launching details. However, the only detail available are transacted price from the period of January 2018 to December 2018 which is between RM 250,000 to a staggering RM 2,900,000. This is due to the fact that,despite the horrible jam, De Palma is located in a very strategic area which all the conveniences within short walking distance. If the horrendous jam along Jalan Ampang puts you from commuting too far there are some residential projects nearby to Dataran De Palma which you might want to consider such as Tiara Ampang, Ampang Prima, One Ampang Avenue, Residensi Bistaria, D'Pines @ Ampang and Ampang Boulevard.
