Puncak Ukay is a freehold condominium located in Jalan Tebrau 3, Ukay Heights in Ampang, Selangor. It is developed by Medallion Ventures Sdn Bhd which is a privately held real estate company that has developed one other property development in Malaysia. The development is actually a modern refurbishment of an old established condominium from the 1970s. Puncak Ukay is a popular residence for expatriates and is preferred even though other global residences have emerged. Puncak Ukay is a low density low rise condominium building in Ukay which is a city that is located in Ampang. Ukay is also known as Ulu Klang which is a well known residential area that houses many bungalows. Puncak Ukay is well surrounded by greeneries for those who like being surrounded by nature while having the convenience of being close by to the city. Despite being so close to the city, Puncak Ukay is also quiet and secluded and is located near a quartz ridge and a forest reserve. The condominium carries an old school charm with is architecture that many are quite fond of. Located on a hilltop with its serene surroundings, Puncak Ukay is a popular choice of residential area for expatriates. One of the unique charms of Puncak Ukay is the ability to boast of serenity and calm but also its accessibility to the city and all the convenience that comes with it. The condominium is adjacent to Jalan Lingkaran Tengah 2 which provides residents with a convenient way to travel to the city centre. Amenities that residents would require such as malls, banks, businesses, restaurants and hospitals are available in Ampang city. There are a few international schools nearby such as International School of Kuala Lumpur and Mutiara International which makes this an excellent location for families with children attending these schools. Puncak Ukay is located in Ukay which is a well-connected suburb. Ukay has three LRT stations in its area which are Wangsa Maju station, Setiawangsa station and Sri Rampai station.
