Residency V is a new project being developed by Kerjaya Prospek Group in Jalan Sepadu at the bustling Old Klang Road. The V in Residency V, if you must know, stands for Vibrant, most likely referring to the constant activity surrounding the area. This is the sixth project in the works by Kerjaya Prospek Group having had successful ventures since its inception as a developer in 2010. Future residents need only concern themselves with the basic TV, sofas, bedroom sets and a dining table when moving into Residency V. At RM 800 per square feet, the Residency V is quite reasonably priced with a starting price of RM 500,000. The maintenance fee is set in the range of RM 0.30 above. What with the complete amenities and the freehold status as well, Residence V would be an ideal first home for small families, couples, and young working adults.
