Residency V is a new project being developed by Kerjaya Prospek Group in Jalan Sepadu at the bustling Old Klang Road. The V in Residency V, if you must know, stands for Vibrant, most likely referring to the constant activity surrounding the area. This is the sixth project in the works by Kerjaya Prospek Group having had successful ventures since its inception as a developer in 2010. Initially a construction company, Kerjaya Prospek Group decided to spread its wings into property development after 15 years of solid experience working for seasoned developers such as SP Setia, IOI Group and many others. Residency V would mark its highest GDV project thus far at RM 250 million. A freehold serviced apartment, Residency V’s main attraction lies in its prime location in Old Klang Road. Nestled in between KL and Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam and Klang, future residents can take heart that all the best of KL and Selangor will be within arm’s reach for them. Hospital Assunta, Tropicana Hospital and Hospital Universiti Malaya is also within a close driving distance so one need not worry of medical conveniences nearby the Residency V. The one block 412 unit serviced residence, spanning over 29 –storey is determined to bring all the facilities allowable within its limited space constraints. Residents will be given two parking bay via tandem parking (with the exception of the 3 smallest units’ allocated one parking bay each). All units come with fitted kitchen cabinets and marble counter tops, electrical appliances in the likes of a convection oven, a refrigerator, a cooking hood and hob, a brand-new Electrolux dryer-washer machine, wardrobes and air conditioning units in all bedrooms, water heater systems and fitted Johnson Suisse accessories in all bathrooms, as well as lighting and fibrous plaster ceiling for the living room, kitchen and dining area. Future residents need only concern themselves with the basic TV, sofas, bedroom sets and a dining table when moving into Residency V. At RM 800 per square feet, the Residency V is quite reasonably priced with a starting price of RM 500,000. The maintenance fee is set in the range of RM 0.30 above. What with the complete amenities and the freehold status as well, Residence V would be an ideal first home for small families, couples, and young working adults.
