Highways such as the South Klang Valley Expressway (Skve) (E26) connects to the booming towns in southern Klang Valley, including the country’s administrative capital, Putrajaya, while the North - South Expressway (PLUS) takes travellers to the southern towns such as Malacca and Johor Bahru. these highways together with ELITE highways connects Saujana Business Park to Puchong, UEP Subang Jaya and Cyberjaya. The Maju Expressway leads towards Sri Kembangan and the Kuala Lumpur City Center. It is also only approximately 30 minutes away to the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (Klia). For public transport, there are no direct trains to this area, and the nearest LRT Station is at Putra Heights LRT Station. Nearby suburbs are Putra Heights, Jenjerom, Putrajaya and Taman Puchong Utama. Within Bandar Saujana Putra are a few commercial centers that provide many amenities for its residents. Besides Saujana Business Park, there is also Saujana Avenue and these cater to the daily needs of the township as well as neighbouring suburbs. Grocery shopping can be easily done with many small groceries stores dotting the area such as Star Grocer Saujana Putra, Nadhiraf Mart, Mydin , Pasaraya Segar Fatih, Eco Shop, Anoor Fresh Mart Market and many others. For more varieties, there are Giant Hypermarket at neighbouring Putra Heights, Tesco Extra at Ioi City Mall or Bukit Puchong, or Aeon Big Puchong Utama. There are also many food outlets and “kopi tiam” stalls in the vicinity as well as cafes for the younger crowd to chill and relax, such as Santai Saujana Cafe, Simple Cafe, Mykori Dessert Cafe and many others. There are no shopping malls near Saujana Business Park, however there are many malls in neighbouring suburbs such as D’Pulze in Cyberjaya, Ioi Mall in Puchong and Alamanda in Putrajaya. Nearby hospitals for medical care include Pusat Rawatan Islam Intan, Serdang Hospital and Putrajaya Hospital. There are however many smaller clinics in the township itself for minor sickness and treatments such as Klinik Mediviron, Polyclinic Medi-Nur, and Klinik Saujana Putra. For education, Mahsa IInternational School and Mahsa University are the only ones serving this township. However, there are many more options in nearby Saujana Business Park such as Taylor’s International School in Puchong, Kingsley’s International School in Putra Heights and Herriot Watt University and Nexus International School in Putrajaya. In this growing and well planned township with increasing demand, there is excellent potential for good capital appreciation for both home owners and investors.
