Savanna Executive Suite @ Southville City

Savanna Executive Suites is a freehold serviced residence in the township of Southville City, Bangi. The residential development consists of eight towers and the final phase of the development Tower D2 was finally launched recently and is expected to be completed in mid 2018. The developer, Mah Sing Group is responsible for the concept behind the residence as well as the integrated township where it’s located. Mah Sing Group has over 50 residential and commercial properties completed under its belt and recently won the coveted all-star award for the 2016 top ranked developers of the year at the StarProperty.my awards. With five of the eight previously launched siblings completely sold out, Tower D2 comes laden with high expectations on its performance upon launch in the real estate market. And Mah Sing Group does not disappoint, promising that it has saved its best for the last. The unique feature that distinguishes Tower D2 from the other 7 towers is its French balcony. A French balcony is similar to a regular balcony except that there will be a metal railing placed directly behind the glass screen door; therefore, there will be no separate space to occupy in the balcony.
