Setia Greens is a freehold housing development comprising of a variety of housing options such as condominium, semi-detached housing, and terraced housing. Sungai Ara is also a strategic location nearby many schools. There is a healthy mix of local and international schools. The local schools are such as, SK Bayan Lepas, SJK(C) Chung Shan, SJK(T) Bayan lepas and SMK Sungai Ara.
