  By a safe and reliable developer

  Got myself a unit mainly for investment. The location is developing fast and with the mall opening soon, it’ll definitely add value. Also liked that it’s by Sime Darby, safer bet for a project that’s still under construction.

  Registered for a unit. I like that it’s a growing area, backed by a big developer, and near amenities that will be ready soon. If everything goes smoothly, I think it’ll be a smart move.

  Love the layout and budget friendly

  We were looking for something with 3 rooms and at least 2 parking spots. Kanopi met those needs, and it’s near schools and the new mall too. Price-wise, it made sense for us, and the layout felt right from the start.
