For the price, I think it’s fair. Facilities are maintained well, and the condo feels safe. -

Convenient spot
Living here makes daily travel easy since highways are nearby. Shops and cafes around the area are handy too. -

The condo looks stylish and well-kept. Facilities like the pool and gym are clean, and security is reassuring. -

This is the worst condo ever in PJ, move in a
This place is horrible for a lots of reason, 1. Every morning 6 am until midnight 12 am there will be construction noises beside you even during holiday and weekend. 2. The lift services are bad, not only it was slow with a limited number of 3 lift, everyday there will be people trap inside the lift 3. The electricity and water disruption happens way to often, almost every week, plus if you are a tenant and your owner did not pay quit rent and maintenance fee(most of them did not pay) the tenant will receive all the warning and notice but not the owner, and electricity and water disruption until the owner pay or the management decide to let you use it a little bit longer -
