Dillenia

Dillenia is a freehold mixed landed residential development located in Galeri Jualan Bernam Jaya,Taman Bernam Jaya, Hulu Selangor, Selangor. It was developed by The Selangor State Development Corporation (PKNS). PKNS is a statutory body and Selangor state development agency and its mission is to achieve the country's independence through a fair economic distribution and socio-economic growth. PKNS does that through the development of new growth centres, the exploration of vibrant and sustainable residential areas, the development of industrial centres, businesses and various investment activities.

Dillenia is a 8.58-acre project comprising 72 landed residential units. There are 2 variants which are the 28 double-storey cluster-of-four units and 44 units of double-storey semi-detached houses. The cluster homes each measure 1,848 sqft and the double-storey semi-detached houses have a built-up of 1,900 sqft. All units come with 3+1 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The living area and double frontage are huge and allow for maximum natural flow of air. The many windows around the house also provide ample natural light into the house. The cluster homes have a dry kitchen and a wet kitchen for Asian cooking so that the house stays smoke free when stir-frying. The homes have car parks that can fit up to 2 cars comfortably. Dillenia Launching Details

Dillenia was completed in 2019 and the launch prices for the double-storey semi-detached houses was priced from RM552,000 and the double-storey cluster homes was priced at RM532,500. The developer came up with a plan called PKNS Smart Ownership Scheme that offered a rebate of 10% for first-time house buyers and 12% for the purchase of a second property.
