Koi Park Residences is a collection of leasehold 3-storey terrace homes in Antara Gapi, a town in Serendah, Selangor. This project is developed by Biz Link Property Sdn Bhd, a newer developer with a portfolio of landed residences and commercial projects in Hulu Selangor. Koi Park Residences Developer

Biz Link Property Sdn Bhd is one of the newer developers in the market, having ventured into property development in 2016. All bedrooms in this project come attached with an en-suite bathroom and balcony (not inclusive of ground floor bedrooms, which have en-suite bathrooms but no balcony).
