As mentioned before, Menara Bank Islam was a project developed by Crest Builder Holdings Bhd. The project started in 2007 and was completed in 2011. The whole cost of the building came up to RM 151 million. There are a total of 34 storeys in the building to be occupied by potential tenants. The initial rental price for the building was said to be RM 4.90 per square feet and the rate was revised from time to time.
