  My wife and I bought a 3-bedroom unit here last year for RM180k—it’s not flashy, but it does the job. Gated with 24/7 security, and the swimming pool is clean enough for casual use. No fancy clubhouse or gym, but you get peace and practicality. Lots of families around, so it feels safe. Just wish public transport was closer—we rely on our car for everything.

  It’s a freehold 10‑storey block near Sungai Chua—close to shops, makan spots (like Nasi Lemak Amoi Teratai), and schools. But you’ll need a car or Grab; there’s no direct MRT/KTM stop—bus or commuter ride needed. Still, perfect for families with wheels.

  Affordable, spacious, good security, standard

  Rented a 3‑bed, 2‑bath unit here for RM750/month—crazy value. Great size (around 833 sq ft), splashy pool and playground on-site, and 24‑hour guards plus CCTV give peace of mind. Feels solid for what you pay—nothing fancy, but reliable.
