  Essentials are within reach and convenient

  Did a lot of research before considering this place. I like that it’s not packed with too many units and has basic facilities without going over the top. Walkable to essentials like the hypermarket and park, which matters to me.

  Low density in the city - best combo!

  Been staying around Subang for years and wanted something peaceful yet still close to everything. Damayan’s low-density setup really stood out. The design feels modern but not too fancy, which I like. The developer is also reliable and that gave me more confidence to go for it.

  Cheap for a freehold

  I just booked a unit here! Love that it’s near Giant and the park, so very convenient for daily stuff. The layout is practical and not too big, which is perfect for me since I’ll be staying alone at first. Price also quite okay for a freehold property.
