  Peaceful evenings, every day

  Living at SJ7 has been super convenient. The best part is easy transport, which makes getting around really easy. The design of the place feels just right. It’s got that city-living vibe that works well for someone like me who wants simplicity without giving up comfort. The atmosphere here is relaxed but not too quiet, there’s still a bit of life around. It doesn’t feel overly crowded, which I like. Security and parking are pretty standard, no issues so far. it’s a nice place to live if you want modern living with good access to transport and a low-hassle lifestyle.

  Nice place to live

  I recently helped my sibling move into Hype Residences, and I was genuinely impressed by how convenient and well-thought-out the place is. Being just a short walk from the USJ 7 LRT station makes commuting a breeze, perfect for someone with a busy routine. The vibe is modern and clean, with useful facilities like 24-hour security, a community garden, and a BBQ area that add to daily comfort. It’s lively without being noisy, and doesn’t feel overcrowded. From what I’ve seen, it’s a solid choice for anyone looking for easy, connected city living with a bit of peace built in.

  Feel lively here!

  I recently visited my unit at SJ7: Hype Residences. Looks modern from the outside, and the area feels lively, lot of things happening around Subang Jaya. What I liked during my visit was the location. It's close to public transport and also a bunch of shops, so in future, I won’t need to drive everywhere. You can already see some cafes and marts nearby, which is convenient. The site staff let me walk around a bit. My unit's level is still in progress, but the sample unit they showed had a nice open feel. The balcony view was decent too, should be better once all the construction mess is cleared. They said there’ll be a rooftop area, gym, and other facilities, but it’s not ready yet. Hoping it turns out like the brochure.

  Good for investment

  Sime Darby Property township and developments is always good value for money and have very good ROI as it is always either in prime location, or will be one. This being in an already matured area, don't have to worry about it being a loss.

  Convenience all around

  Whether I'm looking for somewhere to eat, or shop, or need to take public transport, it is very easy living in this condo. Moreover, Sime Darby Property makes great townships that gives people what they need/want.

  Freehold in matured neighbourhood

  Living in the heart of a matured township is the best as I don't have to worry about the lack of amenities or accessibility. More so if it is freehold. Really value for money.
