  Love the space and surrounding area, and its

  We’ve been in Malaysia for years and plan to stay long-term, so we were looking for something more permanent. The Eighth caught our eye because of the space, freehold status, and quiet surroundings. It seems like a great place to raise a family with big rooms, a backyard, and enough privacy for everyone. Registered right away.

  Premium price for premium home at a premium l

  "Elmina wasn’t really on my radar at first, but this project surprised me. It’s freehold, spacious, and the design feels premium. Not cheap, but I think it’s worth it if you want space and peace without being too far from KL. "

  Lots of room for young and old

  We’ve been hunting for a home that fits three generations under one roof and this ticks all the boxes. The layout feels modern yet functional, and the green surroundings really stood out to us. My in-laws liked the ground-floor room, and the kids love the idea of having a backyard again. Looking forward to seeing it completed in 2027.
