The Elements @ Ampang was one of the latest promising developments in Kuala Lumpur that was set to create an experience of premier lifestyle living. Strategically located off Jalan Ampang (Ampang Hilir), Kuala Lumpur, The Elements is a development by Elite Forward. However, despite the fact that it is a new serviced residence and its appealing selling points, its price had been reduced due to some maintenance and management issues.
This is a one-year old property with majority foreign tenants and a handful of local homeowners.
