Residensi Solaris Parq is the first phase of the residential component in the 18.76-acre mixed development masterplan called Solaris Parq in Solaris Dutamas, Mont Kiara.

The project is developed by UEM Sunrise Berhad and it will be expanded further to incorporate commercial and retail units, another residential component in the second phase, and a 2-acre open park (with a proposed 1km bicycle lane surrounding the entire development). There’ll be 4 zones:

Phase 2 of Solaris Parq will offer 4 office towers, comprising 2 towers of stratified office suites and 2 more for en-bloc sale. The pipeline will also include the first cinema in the Dutamas/Mont’Kiara vicinity. The Solaris Parq development will have a gross development value (GDV) of more than RM3 billion, and it is set to replicate and complement the success of Solaris Dutamas.

As for Residensi Solaris Parq, it is a freehold service residence with 576 units. It was launched in October 2017 and the GDV is approximately RM755 million. A topping up ceremony was held in April 2021, and the project is scheduled for completion in 2022.
