The winner picked the property in Mont’Kiara as he considered it to be a hotspot in the Klang Valley, with nearby amenities and an eye-catching design. He believes that it will enjoy a very good appreciation rate. He’s not wrong on all these points!

Icon Residence was launched in June 2011 and completed in June 2015. The average launch price was RM699 per sq ft, and it was about RM1,100 per sq ft in 2017. The capital appreciation is about 40 per cent and the developer wants to replicate such a success for more projects in Mont’Kiara.
