For transfer of home loan to sibling or if selling a home to sibling:
1. Does selling price have to be market price? What’s the pros and cons of selling at market price OR lower OR higher?
2. Is 10% of property price needed for downpayment? I’m looking at how long it’ll take for sibling to save up 10% down payment + other misc / legal fees that’ll add on.
