Hello before a month I was browsing until I saw an apartment that I liked talked with the agent showed me the apartment in video because I was not nearby then I payed for the booking to rent the apartment The apartment was not available because a tenant was staying in there. When the tenant moved out I came to see the apartment but it was full of cockroaches then I decided not to rent the apartment even though I didn’t sign any contract. I asked to get my booking money but the agent refused. Is that possible?
