Hello PropertyGuru, this is my first time purchasing a home. Hence i need some advices from the Gurus here. Thanks in advance :-)
On last year (Nov 2020) i have signed S&P on purchase a sub sales house (at Sabah). Down payment and legal fee also has been made.
However, until today the progress is delayed at consent letter from developer at KL. If i refer to the S&P, consent letter should be get in 3 months. Currently its been 6 months delayed. As a buyer, what action should I taken from such delayed?
