I already pay the landlord booking fee and both of us already signed on the booking form. Out of sudden, I were inform by my agent that landlord planning to sell the property. Before I pay the booking fee, I were not informed by either landlord or agent that the landlord actually having intention to sell. In fact, both of them didn't even tell the word "sell" during the house viewing.
My question is, can the landlord actually sell the property although tenant has showed interest by paying booking fee (one month rental)? If the landlord manage to sell, can I ask from landlord compensation?
