In our condo, a property agent/rental company have solicited many owners to rent out their units (under the agent/company); thus these agents/companies have "control" of these units and will send their own proxy for these owners/units during AGM for voting in their favour.
Is there a way to prevent/solve this situation under any regulation or house rules?
