My property management sent me an email last month informing me that "the SST sinking fund is no longer applicable, and it has been exempted since December 2023. This means that any contributions made towards the SST sinking fund after this date will no longer be required." However I noticed that the "sinking fund" still appears in their monthly invoice. And they further explained that "all units under phase 2 do not have any SST charged. SST charges are not under the same code and description with the sinking fund. The exemption was only SST, not the Sinking Fund."
