The remaining layouts, B1, B2, C, and D increase in size as listed up to DType, which has the biggest space at 1,625 sf. All have three bathrooms, and 3+1 bedrooms. Space can be furnished as an owner wishes except for a few that are semi-furnished.The project was initially expected to be completed in 2015, but this has been extended to 2022 due to the extensive landscaping and facilities that are to be added. The launch price was RM 400 per square foot along many other perks. The Land & General group have been the sole developer of the project, and all the landscaping achievements have been done by them. There was a fear of abandonment given the vastness of the project, but this is unlikely given that the L & G has the cash needed for all the development. The project was well received by buyers and tenants given its nature-themed development and the beautiful Kuala Lumpur skyline view offered by the condominiums.
