Phase 2 is a single block as well which is 13 stories high. It has a total of 148 units, out of which 4 are penthouses and the built up area ranges from 1,130 to 2,509 square feet. Each unit has 4 to 5 bedrooms. The facilities for both blocks are located in Phase 2.

Cassia Resort Condominium Selling Price

This project was completed in 2008 and its selling price ranges from RM 303,750 to RM 798,000 which is approximately RM 292 to RM 385 per square feet. Rental price ranges from RM 900 to RM 1,600.
