Greenhill Residence is a leasehold medium-cost luxury township, it is situated along Jalan Pulau Tioman U10/94 in Seksyen U10, Shah Alam, Selangor. The developer, Green Target Group is a relatively new player in property development industry as it was incorporated in 2007. Despite that, it has successfully developed multiple projects in residential, commercial and industrial segment. Greenhill Residence, their maiden flagship project was a great success as 222 units of luxury Semi-D in all 5 phases were sold out. It was worth a total GDV of 300 million ringgit.
