Nadayu 92 is a freehold medium-cost luxury township offering multiple types of unit for sale. It is situated along Jalan P6/2, Kajang, Selangor. The developer, the reputed Nadayu Properties Berhad was established due to the joint partnership between Mutiara Goodyear Development Group and Harun Faudzar Group. This is a relatively new township as its development was completed in 2012 for phase 1 and 2014 for phase 2. This 70-acre township consists of 119 superlink and link houses with different layouts, eg. with or without balcony. When the sale was first launched in 2010, the selling price for 2-storey, 2.5 storey and 3 storey houses are RM420,000, RM580,000 and 850,000 respectively. The double storey link house has a land area of 22’ x 65’ sq ft with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Its current price is around RM665,000. For the 2.5 storey link house, it is 22’ x 70’ with 4 + 1 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Lastly, Triple storey superlink house (25’ x 75’ sq ft) has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The current selling price is roughly RM1.2 million.
