One Sentral is fringed by two roads namely Jalan Sentral Utama (at its front) and Jalan Sentral 22 (a side road). Surrounded by well-established residential precincts such as Taman Nusa Sentral, Nusa Idaman, and Bukit Indah (home to standalone hypermarkets Tesco and Giant, as well as Aeon Bukit Indah shopping mall). One Sentral is also in close proximity to Horizon Hills (nestled 40 foot away), a 1,200-acre township development which is very popular among Singaporeans. Facilitating residents of this township is Horizon Hills Golf Resort and Horizon Hills Golf & Country Club.

Columbia Asia Hospital, Nusajaya is 4.8 km or within a 6-minute drive away (via Jala Ceria) at Persiaran Afiat, Taman Kesihatan Afiat.
