Exsim Development Sdn Bhd launched its first residential development, The Arcuz @ Kelana Jaya, in September 2019. The RM578 million project is located in the vicinity of Kelana Jaya Medical Centre and Station 6 of the Light Rail Transit 3 in SS7, Kelana Jaya.
