Semi D, 3 storey with lift 3773 sqft, shop office. ideally it should be rented out at $6500 or more for whole unit. But i am also aware that current market there is not at this price. So please present to me any offer. Any one who's business is keen to grow with that location, start with low rental I will consider. you may help to rent individual level or whole unit.
