Greetings
I am Ebrahim coming to KL soon. My work place will be at Wisma Suria, Level 3, Jalan Teknokrat 6, Cyber 5. I don't know exactly how far is the address from CyberSquare OR any other places near by the address.
I am looking for to rent a house with two or even one bedroom. My favorites are:
First, the most important factor is the distance from the address, the closer the better,
Second, the view of the house is very important,
Third, middle level is better, in cases the lift dose not work, corner unit is also better,
fourth, fully furnish, partially furnish or no furnish, please let me know the rental price for each. In case the unit is fully or partly furnish the quality of the furniture is very important.However, fully furnish is my preference if the quality of the furniture is very good,
Fifth, how much is the deposit?
And the last question is the internet access quality.
