Greetings,
I am in process on buying an apartment at Genting Court Condominium. However, the developer is winding up. I have loan approved from Affin Bank but currently my lawyer told me that the reimbursement process is pending due to liquidator did not want to give confirmation request by Affin Bank? So what should I do now? Its possible for me to make police report that I have been scam / cheated? Sorry for my english

Dear sir, Do u buy this property from Developer or buy from owner. Firstly owner must settle d cukai pintu, water bil, elec bil, Indah water and all management free only can process.
