A condo sitting north and facing south (balcony), with beautiful bright hall at balcony side, no building blocking, with swimming pool at north and another swimming pool at NE (from other condo about 70 m distance away). Door open at NE sector. It is good to have water at North (indirect spirit). But NE is direct spirit not supposed to have water, is this condo OK to consider?.( NE also see mountain but see water first). Thanks for answering my question. #AskGuruJoey
