I would like to know more about buying semi d house in Johor.
Briefly, my wife is Malaysian Citizen and she is a housewife with saving of about rm50k as fixed deposit. I am a singaporean with a monthly income of $3500/- and We have a 4 room flat in Singapore as an asset. We are planning to migrate there in 2 years time and thus try do some research about our dram home.
I would like to know on the followings queries:
1) Can we purchase a semi D using her name?
2) As for the housing loan, Can I used my name alone or we need to go for joint loan?
3) Commonly how many percent can bank allow us to take loan ?
4) Will the bank loan reflect in Credit Bureau of Singapore?
