Hi, I would like to ask the following question from PropertyGuru:
1. If we buy an individual title landed property from developer which is not gated and guarded in the beginning, and in future the resident association there successfully obtain majority consent (85% or above) from all residents to setup guard house and boom gate, can those residents who do not join raise their objections to RA and local council?
Would it be possible that those not joining will be forced to follow the majority, or have to open boom gate by themselves? In such a case, how do those not joining will not be affected by these facilities?
