I am from Sarawak.
Since the housing laws are different between Peninsular and Sarawak. My question is, is Strata Management Act 2013 enforced in Sarawak state? Or just modeled into the new Strata Management Ordinance 2019 which was newly gazetted on 1st March 2022?
If a court case should arise in Sarawak, it shall be brought to Sarawak High court using Strata Management Ordinance 2019 instead of Strata Management Act 2013 which can be used in Federal court. Am i right to say so?
