I have bought a SOHO commercial title at year 2011. According to SPA, the developer should delivered the said property by END of June 2015. GST start at 1st of April on all progressive loan. The project is extremely slow and will be delayed at least for another year. The progressive loan balance of 70% (200k) with bank is yet to release. And now due to the slowness of the project, I need to pay more for the GST. If follow the project scheduled (completed by End of June 2015), by 1st of April the project was almost complete and the progressive loan remaining should be very less for the GST.
My question is:-
1) Can I choose not to pay for the GST after end of June 2015 and asked developer to pay for it?
