hi Mohamad, i am KOH, is a real estate negotiator. And i am from Finance Background, worked at Bank Mortgage Loan department before. Since u want to sell out ur property but not so sure what price u going to sell, so is considered reasonable for u and buyer, i can ask my Bank Valuer Frd to help u to evaluate ur property without any charges.And for the restriction, maybe u have to study back ur Loan Agreement contract with the Bank, if there is any lock in period within the contract, let's say 5 years, and if u sell it at these moment, it will involve penalty of ur selling.
