I wish to sell my bumiputra lot double storey terrace house located on prime area . Purchased in the year 2009, I am getting the house evaluated by a property evaluator sometime soon. The property is still under finance and wish to know if there is any restriction from the bank to sell the property .currently the property price has escalated tremendously in this area and I would like to cash out . Should I appoint an agent to sell my property ?

hi Mohamad, i am KOH, is a real estate negotiator. And i am from Finance Background, worked at Bank Mortgage Loan department before. Since u want to sell out ur property but not so sure what price u going to sell, so is considered reasonable for u and buyer, i can ask my Bank Valuer Frd to help u to evaluate ur property without any charges.And for the restriction, maybe u have to study back ur Loan Agreement contract with the Bank, if there is any lock in period within the contract, let's say 5 years, and if u sell it at these moment, it will involve penalty of ur selling. If lock in period is 3 years, then it should be fine,as u stated u purchased ur property at year 2009.Anyway, will like to help u out to market ur property together assist u to get buyer.Any assistance, call me at 0193171998  KOH Read More
