My unit has defect on water pipes in one of the en-suite bedroom. The defect team came to rectify but the leakage happened again after few months still within DLP period. And one note exactly after the DLP period, the water leakage come back and my property management denied the rectification due to expiry of DLP and requested us to get our upper unit to be responsible for the repair. What should I do if both parties upstair unit and management officer denied the repair work? Please advise thank you

you are required to write in via email to the management office to seek for their investigations.

If it turns out the investigations are due to the owner at the upper unit, the owner upper unit is required to provide cooperation to the management office for the rectification works within reasonable timeframe. Read More
