Q1: Do I need to sell property (Condo) in Malaysia if I convert to be Singaporean?
Q2: Any tax implication if we sell the property?
1. Year 2017 / SPR / Bought resale HDB flat with my SPR parents
2. Year 2019 / SPR / Bought condo in Malaysia with my husband (Msian&SPR)
3. Year 2021 / Thinking to convert citizenship to Singapore (Husband remain SPR)
