This part of Mont’Kiara is called Kampung Segambut Dalam. The road’s name has been changed to Jalan Segambut Dalam, even though it is still within the Mont’Kiara boundary.

As highlighted, Aston Kiara 3 is surrounded by villages, and coupled with the access road, these could be a turn-off for some. Plus, it is at the end of Jalan Kiara 3. That said, it is a low density development, so that could be considered a big plus for some others.
With Mont’Kiara becoming popular and hence congested, many developers have moved to its northern side. Some developers have named their projects as being in Mont’Kiara North, to ride on the popularity of that area.
However, properties bordering Segambut Dalam (which is where Aston Kiara 3 is), might not carry the same prestige as those in the heart of Mont Kiara. The other concern for Mont Kiara could be the shrinking expatriate community, which is usually the target market for sales and rental.
