Mah Sing Group has always been a leading property developer in Malaysia. Back in 1965, it started out as a plastic trading firm. In 1992, it was listed on the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange 2nd board. 1994 was the official year it ventured into property development. The rest is history.

The township has a long history dating back to few decades ago. Back then it was just a small tin mining town, which had a population of merely 500. Today it is an ever growing township that has bloomed into a metropolitan area. The population is predominantly Chinese in Cheras.
