Bought the property back in 2001. However, the lawyer who managed S&P and loan documentation does not follow the process to register the documents at land office. As of now, the the bank loan fully settled and required to transfer to the actual owner. The only challenge is, during the S&P process, 3 names was registered. As of now, one of the owner is passed away. How to proceed with this registration? do we just need to registered under 2 names or have to registered in 3 names?
