Hi, I am married to a foreigner and we are thinking to get a house in Selangor worth about 1 million. Can the property be under our joint name? I know that foreigners can only buy property 2 million and above in Selangor. Next, can my spouse get 90% loan without my name on the loan or it has to be joint name? Because currently I have 2 housing loan under my name and a 3rd loan would automatically be only granted 70%.
