Hi. I would like to ask some advice. My husband and I have bought a house from developer (bumi lot). Because of miss information and miss verification from developer agent, registration at pejabat tanah cannot be proceeded due to my husband is bumi and myself is non bumi status. Finally we have decided to cancel this house with refund & compensation claim for our time, efforts and difficulties from the date of snp april 2019. How can I calculate to give figure for my compensation claim ? Thank you.
