I am post cancer recovered patient and my house loan RM 500k approved but sadly, I can’t purchase MRTA and MLTA. I worried my family will suffer to pay outstanding balance if I die. So banker suggested me to joint loan with my sister (my sis salary not enough to get loan), and purchase MLTA under my sister name. But, banker A say that if under joint loan, even one of them death, another person must pay outstanding balance to bank immediately , can’t continue instalment. Banker B said that if one of it death, no need to declare death to bank and can proceed to pay instalment. Is it illegal for not report death to bank? What is the best solution for my situation.
